Graded Participates in the Inside Out Project

For our Photo 2 class, we are currently participating in the Inside Out Project and its major goal, as explained by the creator is, "I wish for you to stand up for what you care about by participating in a global art project, and together we'll turn the world...INSIDE OUT."  To learn more check out their site: http://www.insideoutproject.net

Our idea was brainstormed by our class and our teacher Ms. Gunn. We wanted to present a powerful message through the student body at Graded. As a group, we decided to share the message of “I can change the world” and “I will change the world” where each word in these phrases was assigned to a specific grade level with the words written on the student’s faces. To successfully document the school, we were divided up with a goal of capturing every grade level on campus.   We are currently developing our film, and we’re very excited to showcase our work to the community next month.

The photos below show the process of our work last week.  The group participating (see above) is: Calvin Peter, Maia Boakye, Fernanda Fiszner, Paula Schulman, Vivian Rebrin, Kaiki Suzuki, Gabi Campos, Rafaela Sabó, Luara Oliveira, Sarah Santiago.
