We have received the visit of the Magic Hands Wheelchair Basketball Team from which many national athletes that currently compete in Paralympic Games come. Students were mesmerized with the athletes level of ability and the experience has left room for a variety of reflections on how to overcome difficulties and stepping out of one's comfort zone.
Some of our Varsity Basketball athletes were invited to play against them both standing AND on a wheelchair.
