Choir Trip to Orlando

Once again, Graded Choir proves to be a world class ensemble, as they recently returned from a competition with several prestigious awards. The Choir spent last week in Orlando, Florida, performing and competing at Festival Disney with 80+ other schools. Graded competed against many choirs with more than 60 participants in their groups. Our group, comprised of 25 strong and beautiful voices, made their mark at the festival and received the following awards:

Best Middle School/Junior High Choir
Best Mixed Choir
Outstanding Vocal Soloist (Isabela Bruder - 9th grade)
Choir with Superior Rating (between 90-100 points)

Congratulations to Neide Mussete and the Graded Choir for their incredible dedication and passion for vocal music. The Graded community is proud of everyone involved in the Choir and we look forward to the next performance from this amazing group.

The students who traveled are: ANNA FAMA, ANOUSHKA GANDHI, BARBARA PIRES, DANIEL TORRES, EMILY KERR, HEE WON CHUNG, ISABELLA BRUDER, JOHN CONWAY, MANOLA HEKMA, MARIA ISABEL GUINLE, MARIELOTTE VAN BALLEGOOIJEN, NATALIE SCHMID, SABRINA CARNEIRO and SPENCER SHAW
